Patrick A. Annese passed unexpectedly on April 9, 2024 at the age of 57. He was born and raised in Newton, Nov. 19, 1966 and graduated from Newton North High School, Class of 1985.
In his youth and through high school, he was an accomplished athlete in both football and baseball and received many accolades.
Patrick worked in construction for several years for Aggregate Industries of Saugus and also took pride in his carpentry skills.
He mostly enjoyed spending time with his son and family, vacationing in Marshfield and Maine. He is survived by his loving parents, Patrick Annese Sr. of Newton and Betty Lou Annese of Old Orchard Beach, Maine; his beloved son, Christian Patrick Annese; and his former wife Diane (Moran) Annese of Burlington. Pat also leaves his brother William Annese and Kari McNulty of Newton; and his sisters: Pamela Hodgdon and Sharon Proia of Waltham and Stacey Annese of Newton. He will also be missed by his Godmother Cora Jean Campisi and several nieces and nephews.
Visiting hours Tuesday, April 16, from 4-8pm in the Magni Funeral Home, 365 Watertown St, Newton. Friends and family will gather again on Wednesday, April 17 at 12 Noon at the American Legion Post 440, 295 California St, Newton for a luncheon in honor of Pat and a celebration of his life. Pat's burial will be private and held at a later date.
