Patricia Clark Wilson, formerly of Beverly, passed away Saturday, June 27, 2026. She was the daughter of Charles and Georgette Clark and raised in Derby, Connecticut. 

 

Patricia attended the Northfield School, where she made several lifelong friends and also sang in its well-known choir. She later obtained her hard-earned Bachelor of Arts degree from Salem State University while working. 

 

During her 20s, she lived on Beacon Hill and thoroughly enjoyed all the City of Boston had to offer. She married and raised her two children, Scott and Sharon, in Topsfield, and was an active volunteer in the community. She then lived in Beverly for many years in the close-knit Northridge community. She worked on the North Shore for several social service agencies, always wanting to help people, and was truly a kind and sincere person. Patricia was an avid reader, enjoyed classical music, nature, poetry, and a broad spectrum of artwork. She was also a grammarian and an expert Scrabble player. Most that knew her well were keenly aware of her affinity towards elephants.  Importantly, Patricia was an early proponent of diversity and inclusion and always supported women's rights. 

 

She is survived by her two children, Scott and Sharon, and her three grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Thomas, and Felicia. She is preceded in death by her brother, Merritt, and parents, Georgette and Charles.

 

Memorials or donations may be made to Greenpeace or the Massachusetts Audubon Society.

 

A memorial service celebrating the life of Patricia Clark Wilson will be held at Andrew J. Magni & Son Funeral Home on August 1st at 1PM, 365 Watertown Street, Newton.
