Mark Edward Rahall Sr, age 68 of Needham, passed away on February 3, 2026, in Boston.

 

Born on September 25, 1957, to John Rahall Sr and Alicia Rahall, he was known for his strong family values, devotion, selflessness, and altruistic personality and often characterized as “family orientated” and “dependable”, prioritizing the needs of others around him.

 

Mark is survived by his daughter Jennifer Rahall and his three grandchildren Dante, Angelina, and Francis; and by his son Mark Rahall, Jr, and their mother Maria Rahall. His brother John Rahall Jr, his wife Bernadette Rahall and children Kristen and DJ Cunningham, and Kevin Rahall. He also leaves his stepson, Stephen Cerchione. 

 

He was proceeded in death by his stepson Gianfranco “Tony” Cerchione, nephew John Paul “JP” Rahall, and sister Alicia Rahall.

 

Visitation will be held at Magni Funeral home on Sunday, February 15, 2026, from 2-6pm.
