Susan Elizabeth Perry, age 70, a longtime resident of the Boston, Massachusetts area, passed away Friday, April 10, 2020, at Newton Wellesley Hospital.
Susan was born April 13, 1949, in Detroit, Michigan and was the youngest daughter of Angeline (Grillo) and Walter Perry.
Susan was preceded in death by her parents and her sister, Sharon Perry.
She is survived by her sister Joan (Ted) Ludtke of White Cloud, Michigan; nieces and nephews, Lincoln Ludtke of Middleville, Michigan, Ben (Tami) Ludtke of New Hudson, Michigan, Ann (Jerry) Johnson of Dearborn, Michigan, Drew (Jennifer) Ludtke of Lexington, Virginia, Jane (Craig) Casler of Rockford, Michigan; great nieces and nephews, Morgan, Remington, Seth, Marina, Ella, Deena, Tyler, Calla, Emery, and Isla; numerous cousins, aunts, and uncles in Minnesota.
Susan enjoyed singing, playing the guitar, writing and recording Christian lyrics. She was a person of strong faith, making trips to Israel and the Holy Land. Her passing on Good Friday would have made her smile, as Easter and Holy Week were important to her beliefs. A celebration of life will be held at a later date in Michigan.
