Rosemarie Colella, lifelong resident of Nonantum, passed away at age ninety-four on February 20, 2023, after a period of declining health. 

 

Rosemarie was the daughter of Nicola and Maria (Todaro) Colella.  She was predeceased by three older brothers, Stephen (Connie), Carmen (Eleanor) and Anthony (Josephine).

The last of the family from that generation, Rosemarie leaves four nephews, Nicholas (Patricia) of Mashpee, Lucian (Linda) of Franklin, John (Eileen) of Natick and Anthony (Debora) of Newton, as well as many grand nieces and nephews.

​

Rosemarie retired more than a few years ago from GTE Sylvania in Waltham where she was employed as an Executive Assistant.

Visitation in rear of Our Lady's Church, 573 Washington St. Newton on Friday, Feb. 24, from 9:30AM-10:30AM. Funeral Mass to follow. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery, Waltham.
