DeAngelis, Frank Michael, lifetime Newton resident, died unexpectedly on Aug. 27, 2024. He was 69.

Devoted husband of Yuan "Mary" (Zhang) DeAngelis.

​

Son of the late Alfred and Jeannette (Desrosiers) DeAngelis.

​

He was one of 7 siblings and is survived by Frances Deffely and her husband John and Mary De Angelis-De Lorme.

​

Frank also leaves his sister-in-law Yi Zhang and his brother-in-law Xiangzhong "Sean" Sun. He was son-in-law of Daji Zhang and Fengting Wang and was also survived by many nieces and nephews.

​

Frank was a longtime building inspector for the Town of Brookline.

​

Visiting hours Wednesday, Sept. 4 in the Magni Funeral Home, 365 Watertown St, Newton from 6-8pm. His burial will take place on Thursday, Sept. 5, at Calvary Cemetery Waltham at 10AM. Those who wish to attend the burial service should line up their car just inside the cemetery gate off of High St, Waltham.
