Debra  A. Gentile

Debra was born and raised in Newton Mass and had a great love for her hometown. Debra entered public service in Newton and held many positions including Traffic Supervisor, Treasurer’s Office, Health Department and Police Chief’s Office. She was recognized for her great service by Newton Public Officials including the Chief of Police.

Debra absolutely loved to travel with her friends and family. Her favorite destination was Aruba. Debra and her Husband Charlie were recognized by Aruba as an honored visitor for their many years of visiting.

Debra was predeceased by her father Richard Beatrice Sr. and her brother Richard Beatrice Jr.

Debra is survived by her loving family; her mother Louise Beatrice, her sister Tammy Annese, her husband Charles Gentile Sr, their children, Charles Gentile Jr, Stacey Gentile-Joslyn, Jonathon Joslyn, Amanda Gentile, and 6 grandchildren, Chase, Jadyn, Westley, Hailey, Talia, and Devin.

Memorial Service in the Andrew J. Magni & Son Funeral Home, 365 Watertown St, Newton will be held Thursday October 3rd, 2024 from 4-7pm, with a Prayer Service at 7pm.

Her humor and laughter is something people loved the most. Debra Gentile will forever be missed.
